Do I need to pay a shipping fee for my order?
Shipping within Turkey is free of charge for all orders placed on aslifilinta.com.
For international orders, shipping costs are applied and calculated at checkout.
Can I return an item I purchased?
Yes, you may return your item within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and with all original labels, logos, and accessories (e.g. belt, buckle) intact.
All returns are inspected by our team to ensure they meet these conditions.
How do I send back my return?
Complete the return form and include it with the item(s) and your invoice.
Returns within Turkey are free via Yurtiçi Kargo. If you choose another shipping provider, costs will not be covered.
International returns are at the customer’s expense.
When will I be refunded?
Once your return is approved, we will transfer the refund to your bank within 10 business days.
Depending on your bank, it may take 2–3 weeks for the refund to appear on your account.
Please note: the speed of this process depends entirely on your bank.

What if the product I want is sold out?
If the product is from our Sample Sale, it is unlikely to be restocked.
