* Hand-woven “istisam” forehead veil made of glass seed beads
* Hand-knitted and twisted wool-and-bead side ornaments (“zülüflük”)
* Authentic “pafon” silver “penez” coins along the forehead
* Two bead-trimmed traditional “yemeni” cotton scarves at the back
* Marbled “ebru” printed “yemeni” fabric covering the crown
* Accentuated with delicate chiffon flowers and miniature textile details

At the heart of the design lies the traditional front headpiece called “istisam,” hand-woven from sand glass beads. Hand-knitted wool “zülüflük” (side-locks) adorning the forehead area and dangling silver “pafon penez” (pendant coins) whisper the rhythm of history with every step. Two iconic “yemeni” (traditional hand-printed headscarves), trimmed with eight different handmade bead fringes, decorate the back, while an ebru-patterned (marbled) yemeni on the crown lining adds depth to the design. Enriched with miniature chiffon flowers, fully lined, and completed with a chin strap, this couture piece is a timeless masterpiece.
