Purchasing Products

To order a product, you will need to register, login, and follow the procedures set out in the “Exploring the Asli Filinta” section of our FAQs. After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted.

We must receive payment for your total order before it can be accepted. Once we have received payment and verified the availability of your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming that your order has been accepted and dispatched. Our acceptance of your order is a legally binding contract.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available before accepting your order.

Pricing & Payments

All prices on Asli Filinta are given in dollars ($) and shown exclusive of Turkish sales tax (VAT) at the current rate of 8% and exclusive of delivery costs.

Please note that Asli Filinta has no control over customs or import duties levied when the package reaches your destination country, and you will be liable for them. Payment must be made by debit or credit card at the time of the order. The price of any product is the price in effect at the date and time of your order. We may change the price of any product before you place an order. Before accepting your order, we will inform you if a product’s correct price is higher than stated, and you may cancel the order if you wish.

Exchange

Subject to stock availability, we will exchange or credit items that are returned to us within 7 days of being received by you.

Liability

Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of breaking this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product and any foreseeable consequences. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and us at the time your order is accepted. You must comply with all applicable regulations, including obtaining necessary customs, import, or other permits. We make no representation and accept no liability regarding the export or import of the goods you purchase.

Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights or our liability to you for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
